Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appointments may need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice make it difficult for us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. For this reason, a fee may be applied for missed appointments or late cancellations.
